2004 To Present

Our Development

AMMSteel started in February of 2004 in Birmingham, AL when Al Maiola decided to use his steel service center background and start his own steel distribution business. Since then, we have grown by 10 fold into a reputable bulk distributor of cut to length steel sheet, plate & tread plate (floor plate). We also stock Pickled and Oiled material and high strength steel sheet & plate. We ship out of 6 processing locations across the southeast giving us delivery capabilities from the Carolina’s to Texas.
